Instructions for Delegates

Registration fees cover participation in all technical sessions, conference kit bags, abstract materials, food coupons for lunch/refreshments, and dinner receptions.

  • Proof of academic state / student identity cards is mandatory for student tiers.
  • Online registrations will generate a receipt which must be carried to the registration desk on 4th November.
  • No cancellation refunds are possible after October 20, 2026.
